Verified I've only been twice, but I can already say that Dr. Tran is my favorite dentist I've ever had. She is kind, patient, caring, and good at what she does. I never feel belittled, like a dollar sign in the chair, or like my needing extra numbing or my "wild" tongue are nuisances. She really makes me feel human and that she cares about me and my well-being. I have very high anxiety, especially at the dentist, after some negative experiences in the past. She noticed my fidgeting almost right away and asked if I was nervous and how she could help, reassuring me. I've never had a dentist or honestly any doctor other than a therapist do something like that and it just made me feel safe. She was training someone during my cavity filling today, and when they weren't getting the suction just right she didn't hesitate to call in her more trusted assistant to finish out the appointment. Feeling safe and cared for and a priority is something that will have me coming back for years!
