Dr. David Abri D.D.S – University of Southern California Graduate
Dr. David Abri has established a reputation as one of the best cosmetic and general dentist. He takes pride in what he does and conducts his business with honesty and integrity. He is gentle, and has great compassion for his patients. Dr. Abri has lived in West Los Angeles most of his life and attended USC School of Dentistry, where he learned the science of dentistry, and has received numerous certifications in advanced restorative dentistry, including sophisticated training in various new advancements in dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. His knowledge in implant dentistry, cosmetic restorative dentistry gives him the tools to offer the most comprehensive of treatment plans.
Dr. Marcela Marin D.D.S
Dr. Marcela Marin graduated with honors from the International Dental Studies program at the Arthur A. Dugoni school of Dentistry in San francisco, CA. Dr Marin earned her first degree in 2000 at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia in Bogota, where she worked for 5 years in her father’s practice. Dr Marin enjoys working with children and has ample experience in all areas of General and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Claudine Kashiwabara D.D.S.
Dr. Claudine Kashiwabara is committed to providing high quality dentistry with a sense of empathy for her patients’ needs and comfort. She takes pride in serving as a caring, trustworthy, and gentle practitioner for Abri Dental. Dr. Kashiwabara earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology from UCLA, and thereafter pursued cancer research at USC. She then attended UCLA School of Dentistry where she enjoyed volunteering for dental mission trips and partaking in study clubs. She completed a general practice residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and has since then enjoyed serving as a general dentist in NYC and now back in her LA hometown. Dr. Kashiwabara is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the West Los Angeles Dental Society. Outside of her practice, “Dr. K” enjoys biking, hiking, yoga, photography, and museums.
Dr. Stephanie Park D.D.S.
Dr. Stephanie Park is a restorative dentist who specializes in fixed and removable prosthodontics. Her scope of practice ranges from implants, crowns and bridges, to dentures, and she believes in comprehensive care for the oral health of all patients. Dr. Park completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA. After completing her undergraduate studies, she received her dental degree from Harvard University and continued to further expand her education by completing specialty training in prosthodontics at Harvard. A native of southern Louisiana, Dr. Park enjoys jazz music, delicious foods and warm summers. Dr. Park is thrilled to join Dr. Abri and his team to serve patients in the Burbank area.
Dr. Danielle Akry D.D.S.
Dr. Danielle Akry received her Bachelors degree from the University of California, Berkeley and continued onto the University of California, Los Angeles where she received her degree as a DDS. Throughout dental school, Dr. Akry undertook additional rotations in fields relating to Advanced Restorative and Prosthodontics. She received awards for her excellence in Special Patient Care and excellence in Restorative Dentistry. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Akry speaks Spanish and Hebrew fluently. She enjoys traveling, hiking, reading and cooking during her free time.
Dr. Sara Tanavoli is a board certified Periodontist with 15 years of surgical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at UCLA and continued her education at the University of Southern California (USC), earning a Master of Science degree in Craneofacial Biology/ Immunology and a Doctor of Dental Surgery, after which she completed a 3-year residency in Periodontology.
Dr. Tanavoli has been practicing Periodontology full time for the past 15 years. She confidently performs all periodontal surgeries, including reconstruction of bony and soft tissue defects, treatment of gum recessions and periodontal disease, as well as dental implant placements utilizing the most advanced technology and biomaterials. She takes pride in providing the best care for her patients.
In her free time she enjoys painting, sculpting, learning foreign languages, reading about ancient civilizations, and traveling.
Dr. Apel Keuroghlian D.D.S.
Dr. Keuroghlian is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon that graduated from UCLA. His career began with a biomedical/biochemical engineering degree from the University of Southern California, where he graduated among the top of his class. Throughout his undergraduate education in engineering, Dr. Keuroghlian researched the effects of the different surface characteristics of implants and their integration with bone. He later decided to further his education by obtaining a dental degree from USC. While at the USC School of Dentistry, Dr. Keuroghlian received several endowed scholarships for academics/research including the California Dental Association research scholarship and academic scholarship as well as the Class of 1964 endowed scholarship. He once again graduated amongst the top of his class. Dr. Keuroghlian truly enjoyed the surgical aspect of dentistry while in dental school and decided to further his education in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at UCLA which includes a Medical Degree from UCLA as well as a internship certificate in general surgery. He currently holds a faculty position at UCLA as well. Dr. Keuroghlian truly enjoys what he does and is committed to enhancing patient care by integrating his engineering, dental and surgical skills and education. He hopes to pursue research in the future, but is dedicated to patient care as his first priority. Dr. Keuroghlian is fluent in both English and Armenian. When not working, Dr. Keuroghlian enjoys travelling, skiing, playing basketball or just hanging out with his friends
